MDC Sharks Shut Out Pensacola State

Miami Dade Sharks defeated Pensacola State with the final score of 6-0.

MDC Sharks fired up the offense in the first inning, with D'Angelo Ortiz's sac fly helping the Sharks score one run.

In the sixth inning, the Sharks scored three runs, led by Maz Galvin and Joseph Zamora, sending runners across with RBIs. The MDC Sharks tallied ten hits, with Max, Joseph, and Victor Davila had multiple hits. Max Galvin went 3-for -5 at the plate leading the Sharks in hits. Miguel Gonzalez closed the game with five strikeouts.

With this win, the MDC Sharks secured a spot at FCSAA State Tournament for the third time.
