In a thrilling contest, the Miami Dade Sharksedged Eastern Florida State College 3-2, led by key performances from Eduardo Cornejo, Edoardo Duchini, and Facundo Ochoa.
Eastern Florida opened the scoring in the 19th minute, taking an early 1-0 lead. Miami Dade quickly responded in the 28th minute when Eduardo Cornejo, assisted by Kyle Reid, found the back of the net to tie the game at 1-1. However, Eastern Florida regained the lead just before halftime with a goal in the 41st minute to make it 2-1.
In the second half, Miami Dade surged back. In the 61st minute, Edoardo Duchini scored off a pass from Facundo Ochoa to level the score at 2-2. Then, in the 84th minute, Ochoa struck again, scoring the game-winning goal to complete Miami Dade's comeback and secure a 3-2 victory.
Goalkeeper Samuel Cavo had a standout performance, recording 8 saves on 10 shots, helping keep Miami Dade in the game and ultimately preserving the win.
