Bio

Reginaldo Collazo is a passionate and forward-thinking soccer coach known for his tactical acumen, dedication to player development, and ability to foster high-performance environments. He currently serves as Academy Head Coach and USL Academy Assistant Coach at Miami FC, a USL Championship club, where he has played a pivotal role in guiding the U20 squad to two historic USL Academy playoff appearances.

In addition to his academy responsibilities, Reginaldo contributed as a volunteer assistant with Miami FC’s professional first team during the 2024 season and participated in the 2025 pre-season, gaining valuable experience at the highest competitive level. His strengths lie in recruitment, performance analysis, and communication, maintaining strong relationships with players, parents, and staff while tracking development across age groups from U13 to U20.

Reginaldo holds a UEFA C License from the Football Association of Wales (2023) and is on track to complete his UEFA B License through the German Football Federation (DFB) in October 2024. His coaching philosophy centers on discipline, creativity, and continuous learning, integrating modern training methodologies to meet the needs of players at every stage of their development.

A native of Miami, Florida, Reginaldo brings an international perspective and relentless drive to every team he works with, preparing athletes for success both on and off the pitch.
