Sharks keep rolling as they take down Trinity Valley
The Miami Dade Sharks continued their dominant run with a straight-set victory over Trinity Valley Community College, improving their record to a 4-0.
Miami Dade set the tone early, hitting .344 in the first set with 15 kills and only 4 errors, easily taking the set 25-15. The Sharks looked even stronger in the second set, delivering 16 kills and achieving an impressive .467 hitting percentage, winning 25-16. They maintained control in the third set, closing out the match with a solid .276 hitting percentage, securing the final set 25-11.
Angelica Rodriguez led the offensive charge with 11 kills and a stellar .588 hitting percentage, contributing 12 points overall. Luyeisy Marquez also had an outstanding game, adding 9 kills and hitting .471, while Esthefany Rabit chipped in with 5 kills and a .455 hitting percentage.
Mia Martinez was a key player on defense, recording 18 digs while also adding 5 service aces. Maria Clara Antunes guided the offense with 18 assists, and Luiza Da Cruz provided additional support with 14 assists and 5 digs.
Miami Dade looks to continue its strong start as they take on Trinity Valley at 5:00 PM.
