Miami Dade left no doubt on Saturday night, storming past Enterprise State Community College with a commanding 9–1 road victory, their most lopsided win of the season. The Sharks jumped all over the Boll Weevils early, putting up six goals in the first half to cruise to their second win of the year.
Miami Dade wasted no time setting the tone. Cheick Dounkasse opened the scoring just five minutes in, finishing a feed from Nico Preciado, and doubled his tally three minutes later off a setup from Eduardo Cornejo. Cornejo then flipped the script in the ninth minute, scoring his own goal with help from Dounkasse, before adding a second in the 17th with Josemy Vigil on the assist.
Enterprise State pulled one back in the 29th minute through Dylan Salomon, but the Sharks responded before the break. Javier Prieto buried an unassisted strike at the 40-minute mark, and Alessandro Racanelli added another three minutes later off a pass from Diego Luengo to give MDC a commanding 6–1 halftime lead.
The Sharks didn't let up in the second half. Dounkasse completed his hat trick in the 55th minute, pushing the lead to 7–1. Facundo Ochoa added his first of the day in the 73rd off an assist from Sean Bayard, and Vigil capped the scoring in the 78th minute with help from Ochoa.
With the win, Miami Dade improves to 2-4-2 on the season, while Enterprise State falls to 2-7.
